  • electro: Just admit it that you are working in ea or Nintendo
  • zardOz2: @that guy: oh heh, well feel free to use this instead)
  • that guy2: I was just about to do this with the original nes mario! I know you saw it!
  • zardOz2: @dislexicboy: thanks for the tip)
  • dislexicboy: @zardOz: I know java and c and currently the only difference I see between them and lua is the syntax. And I would suggest you learn c instead of c++ because c is the language that almost all other languages are based off of.
  • Ahmad Khaled: @zardOz: how to draw an image using lua I tried but it didn't draw untill I used
Your colors{} and my image turned to 4 copies of yours I 'll post the level to see it.
  • Ahmad Khaled: @zardOz: I hope so.
  • zardOz2: @Ahmad Khaled: and you sir, Ive only been programming here for a year or so... you can do it too)
  • Ahmad Khaled: @zardOz: I wish you a great future.
  • zardOz2: @Demon666: paint is free) but the colors are limited.
  • zardOz2: @Ahmad Khaled: and ty)
  • Demon666: lol i just make them with a free image editing proigram called gimp lpl
  • zardOz2: @Ahmad Khaled: With enough time I can make anything in the "not 3d" category I feel, but I dont actually have a great knowledge of coding believe it or not... there are still a thousand basic things I have no knowledge of, most of the coding books ive seen look like heiroglyphics still;) I really need to start working with c++, Principia coding is great but its not that useful in the real world.
  • Ahmad Khaled: Amazing work .I think you are able to make anything you want as you have an excellent knowledge of coding.
  • zardOz2: @Demon666: well drawing them all by hand lines them up nicely lol... but this is much faster even with the reorganise process, what I did was open it in paint and make a row of 24x wide boxes and then centered each, then I erased the boxes to leave a clean space between each image, then after loading it up I added alpha=0 to c1 to make all the white background blank. Now it can be cycled by using chunks of the pattern 24 texels wide.
  • Demon666: lol i know just how tedious it is to get the images lined up perfectly lol
