Displays the current value that is being transmitted through the frequency.

Also if the reciever or transmitter is pressed a line is plotted to show the corresponding part.

Currently only supports one transmitter and reciever but if the demand is high I can rewrite the script to support multiple entities.

Let me know if the displayed value is too small, it looks fine for me but people with smaller devices may have an issue with the size.

  • zardOz2: @Cralant: me too
  • Cralant: Well if you don't mind waiting a few hours I can have a level uploaded for you. Right now sleep comes first ;)
  • zardOz2: Well I only need a few hundred tiny sprites and some lag wont hurt my creation anyway... I do understand mostly I just can't seem to pull it off, I'm missing sommething
  • Cralant: @zardOz: OK so from what i understand you want to draw a sort of visual echo using sprites? If I'm correct then the best way would be to save the x and y position to a meta table. Use a for loop to draw an amount of sprites that is the same as the length as the table. You may want to limit the position grabbing to every half second or so otherwise the game will lag too much with many sprites. If you don't really understand I could whip something up for you.
  • zardOz2: Sorry thats "draw x# of sprites", I dont want to do this with texels
  • zardOz2: Cralent I need some quick help, my brain is failing today. I need to draw a sprite which draws the position of the object for the first x# of bits... like tracing a line on the background as something falls. My tables are still pitiful.
  • zardOz2: Only change I would make is to the color, yellow or orange will stand out against anything that can accept a receiver/transmitter... the player can change the size easy enough
  • Cralant: No problem guys, let me know if you have any troubles or think some values should be changed.
  • zardOz2: Really, top notch work Cralent, 1.49 likes!
